Who isBeth Leach
About Beth Leach
“Work hard in silence, let success be the noise.”
After 25 years of sales, marketing and small business experience, Beth joined the Real Estate Industry and became a fully licensed agent. She quickly emerged as a trusted leader in her field and in 2017 the time was right, as an independent, female agent and Principal, to open her own boutique agency, Beth Leach New Farm.
As a testament to her exceptional customer service, Beth was awarded the coveted 2018 and 2019 Agent Of The Year Award for New Farm by RateMyAgent.
It’s all about service.
Beth was also nominated as one of 20 TOP Agents nationally, one of 10 women nationally and was the only Qld nominee, for the 2018 Agent Of The Year Award – Rising Star Award, for Australia.
It’s all about service.
Beth has been involved in the New Farm community for almost two decades and has a large network of friends and associates from her time as a local business person, a monthly columnist for My Village News, parent at The Holy Spirit School for 12 years, present parent at St Joseph’s Gregory Terrace and Brisbane Girls’ Grammar School, past parent at Nudgee College and various other organisations on the peninsula.
Beth Leach’s business experience in New Farm means she knows the landscape well. When she started her retail sales business in New Farm in 2007, Beth grew her business in spite of adversity.
“That experience has given me incredible strength and confidence as I was in the 2% of start-ups nationally that survived the GFC. I dragged myself outside my comfort zone and really understood for the first time, that part of me that makes me different, that part that makes me totally committed to creating the opportunity and results necessary to succeed and triumph under pressure. It’s because of this level of accountability that I believe, deep down, in myself.”
Her reputation is built on her integrity, work ethic, empathetic spirit, her ability to problem solve and above all, her tenacity.
Beth’s 5-star rating by Seller and Buyer testimonials is very rare on Rate My Agent and this sums up her attention to detail and the focus of her company.
